Academic counseling is to ensure the achievement of student-centered goals and improve education quality. Academic counselor are staffs and lecturers who are familiar with the major programs of the students that they are counseling. In addition, the counselors are also experienced in document management related to credit program to counsel students; as well as clearly understand the functions and duties of every department in the university related to students’ study in order to guide students to look up for information and contacts when necessary.

The task of counselors in administrative work is to manage the class, introduce class staffs, introduce administrative procedures, evaluate student training points, etc. In addition, the counselors also have the task of advising programs, study plans and study methods, training, scientific research, careers and job opportunities for students.

The Student Management Assistant performs tasks to support the academic counseling of the faculty. In terms of administrative work, the Student Management Assistant assists Academic Counselors with administrative procedures when necessary. In addition, the task of the Student Management Assistant is to assign Academic Counselors at the beginning of each academic year according to the nomination and approval of the Dean, to aggregate results of the student training point evaluation, and aggregate results of scholarship applications at Faculty. The Student Management Assistant is also involved in the student rewards or disciplines  following  student regulations, and other tasks related to support students.
